Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, manuals, and tags, must be intact and included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift Cards: Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@byteboostpc.com or call (507) 754-5046 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Prepare the Return: Securely package the item with all original materials and the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Denial: If the return does not meet our policy requirements, it will be returned to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned item.

8. International Returns

For international orders, please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
